High performance wafer eccentric butterfly valves
 
 Disc and seat sealing fully by touching,higher pressure and lower friction.
 Special design and accurate manufacturing make the valve torque lower than normal others.
 Bi-directional sealing.
 Changes of temperature have been considered when design.

Size Range: 2”to 60”.
Pressure Rating: CLASS150,CLASS300,PN20,PN50.
Flange accomodation: PN16,PN25,PN40,ANSI CLASS150,300.
Face to Face: API609B.
Body: Carbon steel,Stainless steel,Hastelloy,Dual steel,Super steel.
Seat: PTFE,Reinforced PTFE.

 
Application: Suitable for medium of high speed and high temperature, low temperature, suitable for steam, Chlorine, Oxygen, Vacuum.

 

Knife gate valves
 
 Rising or non rising stem
 Wafer type, low weight
 Pneumatic or electric actuator can be installed
 Chain wheel can be installed

Flange accomodation: EN1092 PN10/PN16 or ANSI CLASS 125/150

Seat: NBR,EPDM, Oil&Acid&Alkali resistant VITON-A

 
Application: Suitable for thick medium such as pulp, Oil, Medicine etc.
